Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Prices are in USD.

Systems

White-glove delivery is included on all Opus systems and Monolith orders. Monolith XL units are assembled and pressure-tested to order in Wilmington, North Carolina — allow 4–6 weeks. Opus systems are built to order — allow 6–10 weeks; your delivery team schedules installation with you.

Consumables & Supplies

Filters, cartridges, and supplies typically ship within one week via tracked ground service.

Estimates

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
