1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CUIVEN products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Products and Services

CUIVEN offers water purification systems, shower filters, and related consumables. Product specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without notice. Images are for illustration purposes and may vary from actual products.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before order processing. Prices are in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. CUIVEN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

6. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product. Hydration systems include lifetime warranty on metal components, 5-year warranty on electronics. Monolith Stainless includes 15-year warranty; Titanium Signature includes lifetime warranty. Consumable items are not covered. See product documentation for complete warranty details.

7. Limitation of Liability

CUIVEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Product Performance

Water filtration performance varies based on source water quality, usage patterns, and maintenance. Performance claims use "reduce/target" language and are based on laboratory testing. Results may vary. Independent third-party testing data is published as available.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site are owned by CUIVEN. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
