Coverage

Opus hydration systems: lifetime warranty on the machined metal housing, 5-year warranty on electronics, and 1-year warranty on the touchscreen. Monolith XL Stainless: 15-year housing warranty. Monolith Titanium Signature: lifetime housing warranty. Consumable items (filters, cartridges, capsules) are not covered.

What Is Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the delivery date. Covered claims are remedied by repair or replacement at our option, including parts and return shipping.

What Is Not Covered

Damage from misuse, improper installation by parties we did not certify, unapproved modifications, freezing, water conditions outside published operating specifications, or normal cosmetic wear including intentional living finishes such as aged brass.

How to File a Claim

Email hello@cuiven.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where practical. We respond within one business day.
